after watching MTS 17, i have realized i've seen a lot of practitioners attempting to finish the Arm Triangle with the knee on stomach.
so, i started thinking about how it breaks down into basic physics. I understand how not basing out (knee on belly) you have a shortening at the lever with less force aptly at the fulcrum. ...This is not good.
My question: what class lever is the Arm Triangle?
