Rochester has a very low cost of living compared to most of the nation. Example: I have a four bedroom, two bath house with 1900 sq ft that I paid $79,000 for; mortgage and taxes together are less than $800 a month. You can't get a cardboard box in most cities for that.

Man that is awesome houses are so cheap in the US if you buy a two bed room crap shack in my area it'll set you back 50'0000 at least.

Oh no, that's quite an anomaly for U.S. housing prices. This same house in my parents neighborhood in Minnesota would be $300,000 easily. Even right in Rochester housing prices are cheap, but where I am (about 45min west of Rochester) prices are even lower. There are 2 bedroom houses in the Roc going for under $60k if you're not real particular about your neighborhood.

Far out 60k you couldnt even get a shed in the worst part of Australia for that 400,000 is like super cheap for my area it's insanely expensive around here it's just blown up in like the last 10-15 years so my family and all my friends families who have been in the neighborhoods for ages are sitting on houses worth 800,000- 1 million.

Id say if your serious about 10th P, then just go out to HQ and make it work. IF its really a new start, then go for it and Make it work. Dont give up, work 2 part time jobs if you have to. The training is your goal, work just pays the bills. So keep it simple, no 50in flat screen, get a $500 runner car. And go for it! Only you are stopping you.

haha. well HQ would be my dream. But unfortunately if i try to move there now.. i will most likely be homeless lol. but one day.. i shall make my way there. :P im happy with any 10th p gym. but i actually think ive found one and im trying to work out details now
