Again, kind words! Ya know guys I am gonna chime in here... Not about myself, but about you'all and I'm gonna use Kelly as an example.
She's on the right path, and I think it's worth noting. When she came to me the other day I did my basic skills assesment and Q&A. Where are you with your game, how often are you training, Gi or no Gi exclusively or hybrid, how's all this working out for you? Then we roll.

You see in Kelly's case she relayed that she felt strong 'wrestling' but her sub game wasn't where she wanted it to be. In fact she told me she can't or couldn't TAP anyone. Well, she sure as shit did after she spent some time with me and that's ALL on her! All I did was point the way.
If your serious about upping your game try these 3 small things:
1) Get a note book - Track your training DAILY
2) Travel to a seminar
3) Book a private at YOUR gym (w/ your fav 10TH P coach) or travel to one.
You'd be amazed at the difference all this can make and you'd be surprised what your Coach notices about your game that can bump you to the next level. I try and relay this info daily and weekly to my peeps but it can be challenging in a class environment. Book a private today
