Richard Bandler?

I recenetly was introduced to Neuro Linguistic Programming and its founder Richard Bandler. Although its very interesting I'm still skeptical. Besides being psuedoscience and alternative psychology (and the fact that he murdered), what else do I need to know about Bandler himself? I'm asking the OG's help to send me down the right path. Is he onto something or is this really well spoken bullshit?

Man, i can tell you when I was in the military, uh hmm quite some time ago. I got out in 88. I went through RIP school and they were doing some stuff with the NLP learning modalities and some other stuff. I've read a lot of the NLP stuff and I have found the repore strategies work well in my job as a paramedic. But its like anything, look in to it and if theres something you can use then by all means. I can tell you that one of the things that really stuck with me when I read it in a NLP book was, If you always do what you have always done, you always get what you always got!. I know it sounds simple but fuck that was on point and I have to remind myself of it sometimes.

Buddy, I can tell you for sure "anchoring" works. Yes, Bandler and Grinder's NLP works, it may sound like pseudo science, but much like Pavlov's Dog experiment, this stuff works in a lot of the same ways. I don't use NLP myself, too much to learn. I spend my limited time cooking and doing MMA =D.
