    Put yourself in bad positions and work out of them. Sloppy triangle, spiderweb bottom, let someone take your back and put half the choke in...

    You can also do pushups and cardio between rounds or run a shark tank and stay in the middle. Watch my videos on this thread "10th Planet Delaware rolling with the coach VOL 1" and "10th Planet Delaware Rolling with the coach VOL2" That was all shot in one night (both vids) where I stayed on the mat for an hr and let everyone work in on me...so they are fresh and you are not

    You might need to find some better training partners... but you could probably get away with just making your training partners better. For advice, ask Bob. One thing you could try is telling them the counters to all your common moves. Give them all the specifics they need to smash the shit you are doing right now and then you'll be forced to find new stuff and/or get better at the things you were doing.
