I just wanted to thank chris for a very awesome seminar. He covered leg locks and Half guard. Chris spends great time on the important details. He brings very good energy and i would suggest if you want to learn leg locks in detail you have chris do a seminar. once again thanks chris. and a bounus i was able to roll with a few of chris's colored belts and it was great.
