    It certainly could be...I have absolutely no training or expertise in this area. I saw this in the UFOs forum on reddit (http://www.reddit.com/r/UFOs). I just checked latest posts and one of the comments says that the second video is certainly fake and that it was done to show researchers how to spot hoaxes. I don't see any other links or context in the post, sorry...
