    Fight Zone USA with Leandro Vieira

    I stopped by and checked out Fight Zone USA a while back.

    Probably the best BJJ author in the world - Kevin Howell -was kind enough to show me around. Leandro (youngest brother of the famous Vieira family sits down with me and talks about his background in bjj, his teaching philosophy and more.

    Part 2 comes out in 2 weeks and is full of kickass Vieira style guard passing and ass kicking.
