gorillas are vegetarians right? and they are freakishly strong.. so i have to assume you must be able to get all necessities without the need of meat yeah?

I think it's interesting to note that the biggest and strongest animals in the world are vegetarians or Herbivores to use the correct term. Gorillas, Elephants, Rhinos, Hippos, Giraffes, Horses, Oxen, Cows etc

hes not a vegetarian he said in a recent video with mmagirls.com that he limits his meat intake to whenever he feels his body crave for it so roughly about 2-3 times a week as apposed to before when he'd eat meat nightly.

Meat is not "necessary" nor does it offer any "advantage"... it's just a matter of personal preference (just like the GI I guess). Most people feel better reducing their meat intake, especially when healing from injuries. Personally I will never eat meat again if I can help it. But too much raw food & vegan was overkill for me. I'd starve without eggs and some dairy. Too much soy has it's drawbacks too, difficult to digest (like meat) and too many phytoestrogens may not always be good for you, especially in men (acts like estrogen-hormone disruption). So people considering less meat might want to really inform themselves as to what they should be eating! That Jon Fitch video was a great example.

I also eat eggs anddiary, as long as its organic. I feel that animal by-productsare only bad because of the treatment of the animals and the hormones/antibiotics that they give them
