Thanks for adopting me into your 10th Planet Fight Team at the Bomb Squad Tournament yesderday. Great coaching helping to a easy win with a kid that was 2 years older and 40 pounds heavier.

Moved up to teen and lost first round to 16 year old I know I should have beat. I was exhausted from moving that big kid around for 5 minutes. They only gave me 1 minute rest between match's. That kinda sucked, but no excuses, I should have beat him.

I have to get down to work with you to get my game to the next level. I don't want to lose to these guys, I know I can beat. 4 years older or not, I want my game strong enough to smash these guys.

Ashley wound up with 2nd in the woman's absolute, and Nick took 2nd in mens beginner 160-174. Small showing for us with only 3 competitors, we had some colds and flus that swept through the gym the last two weeks. But the team is looking forward to putting on a strong showing at the NYS grappling championships in April.

Ashley's fight was one of the best all day. I thought she had her, close match all the way.

I will be at NYS championships also. That will be my first match as a teen. I turn 13 on March 30th so that tournament will highlighted in my notebook I keep. I hope I have a good tourney, that would be awesome birthday gift to myself.lol.

thanks conner, it was a tough match - still have a lot to work on with regards to maintaining top control - it sucks to pass then the get swept a second later.

wish i could have seen more of your matches, we were competing at the same time most of the day - you are a beast.
