If he truly had primary hypogonadism, which I am assuming he is claiming, they why does he need to have testosterone levels eight times the normal range.... why not just supplement yourself back to within the normal range. This is my understanding of the test he failed, its not that he is 8x normal level, but his ratio of the two hormones tested is off by 8x. This is common in men with Low T, as the other hormone (could be an estrogen, I really dont know and dont remember) and the Low T are in "balance". When a person is being treated for the low T, it takes a long time for the lower level balance hormone to come into profile with normalized level of testosterone. So its not like his level of actual testosterone was high, its just it was high for his body's natural production, which is why the ratio was off. So he could have a "legal" testosterone level, but still have a very skewed ratio, because of the former condition of having low test.
