    Also, i heard eddie saying somewhere you should work on getting a wicked guard, apart from making it flexible, what should one do to improve it?

    We're all in the same improvement boat Ayman. Just drill reps of whatever guard tech you want to work. Reps reps reps reps, then more reps.
