This video is even more shocking when you find out that SMithfield Foods are responsible for 95% of the nations pork, and only about 5 or 6 companies are responsible for the entire nations meat and they are all Industrial Farms like the one in the video.

I am not 100% Vegan, but I very Rarely eat meat. Its less than 5% of my diet. That 5% is mostly fish anyway. Or Eggs. What meat/ Dairy I do consume is Organic. I know the video is a little Bias, but its stil messed up. I can say personaly that eating a mostly Vegan diet has made me feel healthier, and I wake up in the morning refreshed everyday. I havent lost any strength either. Plus my cardio has gotten better.
