    GSP's Rushfit?

    hey guys,
    any of you thinking of getting it, or even got it?

    looks like a typical workout DVD set, like p90x
    just with a different name to it :/
    thoughts?

    I have never done a DVD training program, but this one looks... I dont know. I have no ability to judge, but hell.. its GSP.

    I have it and I am on week 5 of 8. It is super awesome, a fantastic workout, and for sure has the ability to push every athlete to their breaking point. I recommend for anybody that wants to workout at home and get sport specific movements involved.

    I do it along with jiu jitsu and judo.

    ya, doesn't G.S.P. have a degree or something in physical fitness. Its hard to think you could go wrong with it. I'm going to check it out.
