Hey guys, just wanted to know how many Botello guys are here on the forum? I'm contemplating moving out there and looking to get a little more info.

i dont live in phx but when ever i visit my moms im sure to check in with coach john. rolling with him lets me know what to work on for the next months .. his rubber guard is off the hook his neck cranks and guillitons should be illegal (cause there that awsome). and i like the ammount of reps you get to put in with each tech of the few classes of his i have been to he teaches 2-3 sequences. and you get to drill them and drill them . you learn the importance of the reps and appricate the subtle diffrences that the "right" techiniques make.plus just comeing in off the streets he dident know me from adam but he invited me into his gym and treated me with respect .( i have trained @ pretensious douchey jockfilled gyms this is not one of those if i lived in phoenix this would be my home gym)also the cage fittness class @ the gym lets you beat up a bag for thirty min and is super fun if your blazed.

Botello is the man. I'm not at all concerned with that, I'm more looking to know more about Arizona in general. I grew up in Colorado so I've been to AZ as a kid but never lived there... not yet anyway.

John is a great instructor, we have a great group of guys, and our facility is second to none. We are 8500 sq feet with two different mats(one of which being a sprung floor).

im going to come down in late june coach. when phoenix is nice and hot .@nelson AZ is a state with a lot of energy be it good or bad .but as a random generalaztion there is a lot of fine fine looking women in the phx area plus fillaburtos is open 24-7 and if the city gets to much in 1/half hours you can be close to the middle of nowhere which is nice some time ,.

I train with john as well. Have been since october non stop (i think this month was the only time i have taken time off due to family issues, but i'll be back soon). the amount of Reps are second to none, he allows you the time to learn it and find your own out to getting it right for you, as everyone is different. what works for some doesnt work for others. There isnt a lack of people there that wont help you, everyone pitches in. I'm sure you'll be a welcome addition to the 10th planet phx fam!
