Supplementing and Eating Right for Jiu Jitsu

I wish I could cook all the time because all the food I cook tastes great and is prepared healthy. Time constraints have made a dent in the time I have to cook though so that leads me to this question. Does anyone know a website or company that has high quality meal replacement powders and supplements? I'm a fan of EAS MRPs, but I can't find a place that has good prices anymore on Ebay, and am willing to try out other comparable brands.

So far I've found this place, prices on meal replacements look pretty good.

I got heard about Super Food powders recently. I ended up buy this one (Green Vibrance) from the local oranic food health store. Has a lot of good stuff, not sure if it would be better to get some of the ingredients by themselves rather than this big mix.

Any one got know about this product group?

Looks like a much more expensive version of what a solid multi-vitamin can do for ya.

Not really. You can't really get the same antioxidant capacity from greens powder in a pill. A good multiple might have the equivalent of one serving of veggies. A good powder will be like 7 or 8 servings. Plus the powders are much more alkaline which is good for people who drink a bunch of coffee and soda. I would recommend finding a protein you like the taste of and balancing it out with some cytocarb and fiber to make your own meal replacement if you are looking to save money.
