    Introduction

Hi guys my name is Louis, I'm a parkour athlete in Atlanta, Georgia. I've been grappling for about a year and everything I know I self-taught (self-taught as in Ari Bolden with Sub101 and myself drilling it with training partners). I have a good degree of natural flexibility because of my history in performance arts and parkour so the Rubber Guard naturally appealed to me. With my training group at my old school that consisted of guys much larger than me I quickly became that guy with the dangerous guard that no one wanted to end up in.

Sadly, I'm short on money and OUT of time because of school, so training at a legit school (like Alliance, Atlanta) isn't really an option right now.

Let me ask you some questions? Do you love to step onto the mat and enjoy yourself with all humility? Do you enjoy bacon cheese burgers? Do you enjoy potato chips. Hey! What about spending money? That fucking feels amazing. Don't worry about nothing. When you train your ass off it comes. That's all it is. Train your ass of and it comes. Don't ever think that laying on a railroad track naked waiting for a train to run you over is the answer. ITS NOT. You need to keep pulling that godamn rubber guard. and x guard, and lockdonw. itll work mate just put in the fucking reps. you be careful out there in the woods now. don't smoke to much weed or you will drool on yourself. becareful and take care. keep training peace

    And a quick addition:

To Eddie and Ari if you take the time to read this, thank you for everything you have done and for putting so much information out there. You guys have introduced me to an entire world I only scratched the surface of prior.

Just keep putting in quality controlled reps. Try and focus on all the details because many times, the smallest details actually make the move work. If you have a passion (which you seem to) then as Don said "train your ass off and it comes." Though rolling with good people helps a ton, I've seen people pick up mastering the system, decipher for themselves, and turn into a grappling machine. I'd suggest signing up for the pro membership and then going back through all the mastering the systems asap.
