Peanuts n grapes....tastes like a handful of pb and j. Also get skim milk, ice chips, plain yogurt, natural peanut butter, cocoa powder, half a pouch of instant oatmeal n blend it up w some splenda into a milk shake.
Thanks for the input .. I been hitting the coconut water and eating clean. Master Renato said to eat Acai' , but that stuff makes me gassy and the peeps on the mat "no like my fren"
