I throw broccoli in the microwave everyday. It suppresses estrogen production and increases your bodies ability to increase test production. make sure you cook it though it's effects are more noticeable cooked. Oatmeal in the morning and whole wheat spaghetti at night gives you complex carbs without the fattening and lethargic affects of eating white rice and regular pasta as your carb source. If you aren't hardcore like me (jk) and can't eat your oatmeal raw put some honey on it because it's a natural source of glucose and contains vitamins and minerals.

Salt is important when training, BUT, most processed food has waaaay to much sodium, even for athletes. This would include spaghetti sauce, soups, frozen food especially.

Girlfriend has me pretty hooked on her smoothies, pick up the large bag of frozen mixed fruit from walmart / sams club or we throw in what ever fruit is maybe getting close to its use or throw in the garbage time around the house. Add in some yogurt, I always try and use the most natural yogurt i can find, none of the crap with aspertame. Then ill mix in some good all natural OJ, maybe some pineapple mango juice stuff like that. Blend it up and serve, I add in protein from time to time cant even tell its in the smoothie usually. They always turn out a bit different which keeps them interesting.

I also make home made gernola bars and ill grind up dried fruit to add into them, often times that ends up in my yogurt I am eating. Im also a big fan of spicing up my foods with some salsa, can add it to eggs, tacos, fish, anything really and it taste great.

I also make a peanut butter chicken, I use olive oil and all natural peanut butter or almond butter. Melt it down in the microwave and baste my chicken with it. toss the chicken onto some tinfoil and throw it on the grill, ill baste it as it cooks some more. Take it and then sear it on the grill and serve. It keeps the chicken super moist and taste great. Some times ill take just a little brown sugar and sprinkle that across the chicken before I see it. It gives it a nice crispy black sear across the chicken that way.

I like to munch on pumpkin seeds from time to time as well with chili pepper seasoning on them instead of so much salt.
