Palhares has that armbar from the back perfected. I respect his skills but don't like the guy due to ripping this other dudes knee out while he was tapping in one of the UFC's. He said Bustamante told him so but that was uncalled fro and very unprofessional.

Dam Palhares is a beast! That would have been crazy if he landed that whizzer to fireman's carry.

He's done it more than once:
The second one doesn't look like he held it that long. Do you have a source that says Bustamante told him that? Not that I don't believe you, but I'm a big Toquinho fan and I've never heard that.

i like the guy, but what he did in the mardquardt fight had to be the 2nd dumbest thing ever done in an mma fight. "hello japan" will always be at the top of the list.

In an interview he said it himself. He did not say Bustamante told him to rip it, he said that Bustamante told him to not let go of any hold until the refree intervenes, which makes sense, but it does not mean keep on twisting the knee of your opponent while he is tapping 6-7 times in a very obvious fashion.
