If you go on other bjj or mma websites you will see people bashing Eddie saying how much he sucks and isent any different from any other bjj black belt and how rolyer would submit Eddie 9 out of 10 times. So im just wondering why all the hat towards Eddie?

People don't hate Eddie as much as hating 10th Planet fans. Eddie Bravo is respected by Royler, Cesar, Jeff Glover, The Machado Family and a ton of other BJJ Heroes. It's 10th Planet fans talking above their knowledge that give 10th Planet that "hated" mystique. I know plenty of ATT guys and Gracie Barra guys that respect and use 10th Planet on a daily basis. Some people may not agree with Eddie's philosophy or lifestyle but there is more respect there than some of you think. To be the best jiu jitsu player you can be you need to cross train and get different looks. That's something that's understood. Gilbert Melendez trained with Denny for the Aoki fight. Denny works with Jake Sheilds... The jiu jitsu circle is relatively small and what I've learned from guys like Ari, John R. and Big Zog... be respectful, work hard, represent well and be professional.
