    this is a open thread for anybody that would like to see some more "REBEL YOGA "
    in mts i know alot of guys in the white belt ranks struggle with the flexibility need to play rubber guard and high guard and the interweb is alive with rumours of "REBEL YOGA' in a up coming episode of mts so please throw your support behind this more then worthy cause and get rebel yoga flow in mts!!!!
