Ok today was my first day back to doing anything since I hurt my back. We had the start of a 6 week Yoga class designed for fighters. My coach thought it would be a good way to see how my back was going to hold up, so I went.
Back held up fine, but was no easy workout. I hurt with muscles I didn't know I had.LOL.The girl teaching said I did well for the first time. She told me next time don't work from position to position like a fighter..... Think more ballet. I told her, GEEEZZ Thanks for gaying it up a little more for me. LOL. Just kidding, It was pretty tough. Looking forward to next week.
I suggest if you have anything like it, give it a try. I can see it will be awesome for flexability.
