Iron Hook to King Tut? check it out, more overhook game

I saw this video over at DSTRYRsg and thought that it would work well with my game. The overhook to armwrap setup seems pretty cool but how easy is it to overwrap the opposite arm?

I don't see this working very often in no-gi.

There is no reason (without the gi choke) for someone to put their free arm anywhere near where you'd need it. Also, without the gi cuff, you won't be able to pull their arm that far accross your chest and without the gi, it'd be very hard to control that arm once in place with just your hand.

This was my concern as well, under what circumstances would their arm be that close? I mean I can imagine some scenarios off of a failed zombie, where you might able to regress from New York, to overhook control, to the iron hook but most people will have their elbow locked to your hip trying to kill your guard.
