When you are in a fight and someone bites you while you have mount, you quickly remember that you can bite them. So while they bite your body, you crossface and eat their face off. Most things do not break the fundamental rules of position.
It happens in MMA all of the time. Nick Diaz boxes against his opponent, he gets kicked on his thigh, and then he fires a head kick in retaliation because he just remembered that he can kick people.
Like I said, I am not familiar with Krav Maga, but from the clips I have seen they don't even begin to approach the fundamentals of footwork and/or positioning. I'm sure I am wrong, in some ways, but I would just like to see an example of how they teach and account for positional rules.
