This was one of the funnest episodes to film. As anyone who's every rolled with Caio knows, his jj is off the hook. He teaches me a few techniques in this one including:

-Passing the half guard knee shield
-Maintain guard during double underhooks guard
-Sweep opponent from double underhooks guard
-Triangle opponent from double underhooks guard

Yeah, while we were filming Caio's new DVD I was blown away by his level of detail.
He would start teaching and I thought "Oh yeah, I know this technique" then he would proceed to show me 5 more details that I hadn't even thought about before.
