are you allowed to wear rash guard (male division)
just curious thanks
and how bout wrestling shoes? or ankle sleeves or knee pads?

Perosnally I've never seen any MMA fighter wear any other accessories/gear besides ankle supports, knee sleeves, or taped ankles....course I have been only following this for a year...

Rash guards are way more hygienic then skin on skin contact.

Lol noooooo Haha gis are pretty safe for skin infections but rash guard and gi pants are a very close second
