I just got a grappling dummy for the mma gym that i own.
going to do a lot of isometric chokes for time to train my squeeze. been getting the rear naked choke, arm triangle, darce, and north south etc as well as getting it in side control and squeezing the shit out of it for 30 seconds for all of the above, sometimes super setting with chin/pull ups.
what other ways could i train my squeeze from positions with a grappling dummy?
