Good God, every time I get on here Gabby Bella has a new video in some other discipline and I feel like Im sweatin like James Gondalfini over here just watching her. And why does it seem like she could very likely kick my ass. I say booooo Gabby Bella makin me feel all bad about myself.

Gab definately needs to refine her standup technique. Shes only ever done muay thai and has mostly concentrated on her jitz and wrestling to this point. Shes off to a good start with her striking and I agree she needs some western boxing lessons (dad only has so much money though). Remember she just turned 16 a few months ago. She has ALOT to learn. I think she has the raw skills to be an effective stirker though.

Vince...next time you bring her in, we will go over some footwork ... I got some cool new shit I've been working on. Fit in with her style nicely

wow, she's going places. one thing i saw though, every time she threw a kick or double kick for that matter, she left herself open for straight rights every time.
