I agree with most of whats been said.. but in my mind their are always exceptions to the rule.. like Nates example. Everyone in high school that I knew that smoked didn't fair so well. At that age I wasn't against it and would argue for its legalization but I'd never smoked or planned on it at that age. Knew my mind/body needed more time to develop..
I smoke now.. not regularly by most of yalls standards but on a few week interval. When I first started around 20 it was a few month interval.. but I do subscribe to the idea that weed makes you ok with being lazy.. Thats the reason I don't spoke often.. I literally need a fairly open weekend if I'm going to smoke or I'd never finish my school work..
Imo if you're in middle school and high school weed is the last thing you should be smoking.. regardless of being "harmless" or safe its still a substance that has no reason to be part of "your" life.. go to ___ practice and do your hw.. and if you can't figure out ways to have fun without it at that age then when you're older life is going to be incredibly boring. I could go on forever so I'll stop.. and saying kids are taking adhd drugs at that age so why can't I smoke some weed isn't a valid argument for several reasons. But I don't agree with all of those prescriptions either.
As far as adults in the end I guess it depends on what you're doing in your life and what you define as "lazy" as to what kind of hindrance weed is. I can't see a daily smoker being very effective in many areas of society.. but in others I can see it as a possibility(there are very view areas that it would be possible).
