10th Planet St. Paul "Mock Tournament" VIDEO

There's a big local tournament coming up in May so we've started to prepare for it. We put together an In House Mock Tournament to get everyone used to the tournament rules, points and format. A lot of our students have 6 - 8 months of training now and this will be their first competition.

Are you gonna be doing another one of these Tim? I couldn't make it in last night, but I've decided to compete at the SubHunt, and I need to bust ass for the next 7 weeks to get ready. Another mock tourney would be awesome. I'm pissed I was absent last night.

Yes, we'll definitely do a couple more of these in the coming weeks. I took a lot of notes on the common mistakes that I saw and we'll work on eliminating those holes in peoples games. See you tomorrow in class.

Before the last submission hunt we invited a local dojo over for a friendly roll to prepare and roll against other players. If you are down i could probly muster up a couple guys and head down. its always good to bounce ideas off other styles.
BTW we have 3 guys fighting at Stars and Strikes in Wyoming MN tomorrow. amature mma if you you dont have plans. MN Rep.

Nice. I'm moving to St.Paul here over the summer and was actually considering going to this gym and getting underway with 10th planets system. This may give me an idea of what to expect. Being at the forefront of asking questions, alot of listening and watching.

It is a great place to train. Instructor know thier stuff and there is no ego's, everyone is there to help everyone else out.
