Emir,
I'm not telling you to get into a street fight, you should avoid those if possible. With that being said....
I think I remember you saying that you were 13. Since you are so young and you have advanced notice of this 'fight', I'll consider it more of a school yard fight than a street fight. Meaning, it doesn't sound like you'd be fighting for you life in this one.
NEVER, EVER choke someone in a school yard fight. Choking someone is considered using deadly force. You can be arrested just for doing it to someone, just as if you pulled a knife on someone, and if anything happened to the kid, you could end up in jail. Only if you felt in danger for your life, would you be able to choke someone and not be in danger of legal trouble.
Also, I'm an old man of 39 years. In that time I've learned that the only people that actively look to get into street fights are people that haven't been in enough of them to know that you won't win all the time. I've learned that while it's a lot of fun to be the winner in these things, when things go bad, they go really bad. You can't tap when you you've gotten knocked down and guys are standing around you kicking you in the face and body.
Many of these guys that look to fight all the time have self esteem issues. They have nothing going for them other than their tough guy image, so when they have an advantage, they won't stop because they have nothing to lose. These are the same guys that will reply to your post with stories of 100's of street fights and tell you how they've been shot and stabbed, etc. Don't take advice from these people. 10% of their stories are true, the rest is their need to impress you with their tough guys stories.
In summary: If you have to fight, then fight hard, but don't go looking for trouble and be sure that you don't do something in the heat of the moment that you'll have to pay for later.
