    Roy Nelson Almosts gets the Electric Chair Submission on Frank Mir

    Around the 1:48 mark you see Mir in his half guard with the lock down in tight pretty sweet! You'll see the transition shortly after to the submission, then to the sweep. I'm pretty sure this was back in 03 too !!!
