    Got to love local fight nights. You see some fights where the trainers really told the guys to wait to they know something, and then you see some absolute battles.

    He's really good to his fans, also I agree about going to mma events. On Saturday I went to mexico to watch a buddy from my gym fight and I ran into Kim couture, really nice women. You never know who you will encounter

    I dont expect to encounter any Cotoures in NZ!

    I was joking about Wanderlei. Im a huge fan, I would be right in there. Never a better ring name chosen though.
