Is Caio inferring that Bruno was on steroids? I just watch an older match of theirs and Bruno's body type did not look like that of a man who was using any number of performance enhancing drugs. Does anyone have recent footage or pictures of Bruno? I guess I can search for that myself.

Regardless, Caio is a great guy and teacher. He conducted a seminar at my school several months ago. He even took the time to be in my instructor's corner for his match at the Pan Ams.

If technique beats steroids, whats the big deal? Not really, but it sounds like a pretty general statement that a lot of people are taking stuff and that isn't the way it should be.

You're going to be hard-pressed to find a bunch of roided-out looking guys at rooster weight.

Those guys obviously wouldn't be beefing up huge, doesn't mean performance enhancers aren't being used.
