    3 Tournaments in 3 Weeks

    I have a busy month a head of me:
    NYS Championships 16th
    Grappler Quest 29th
    Submissions Only 30th

    I'm pumped for the one on the 16th because I'll have 8 of my own students on the mat for the kids/teens divisons. Herzog or I will be sure to post all the results.

    i've been there dude
    its a pain in the ass but worth it after its all done

    i did grappling x in long beach
    than nogi worlds in long beach
    than nabjj

    so many holes in my game were exposed that i improved ALOT
