Yup. They actually respect the risks and dangers involved with fighting. While most people want MMA to build itself into a respectable "sport" these guys are in the cage existing in what it is, a fight.
I don't fight because I respect the danger and I understand the level of physical commitment that would be required of me to protect my life in the cage. Who trains harder, the person who's getting ready for their next match or the guy who views every minute away from the gym as another second closer to brain trauma, a fractured jaw, physical disfigurement, and even death?
The Diaz brothers are definitely bad for the sport. But they are fucking great for the fight.
