i recentely attended a andre galvao seminar

at the end when we lined up belt order
he looked at me and said : "white belt! i miss my white belt."

and was thinking i would love to trade
and wasnt sure what he ment
any thoughts?

Id say you have less pressure when you are rolling as a white belt than being a black belt. Nobody expects you to be awesome 100% of the time.

but being a white belt i feel like a total noob

The target on your back just gets bigger and bigger the higher in rank you go.

Even so, I always enjoy experimenting, learning, and trying new things.
If you just play your A game all the time you can't learn new things.

this just reminded me....didn't andre galvao try out for this seasons ultimate fighter? i thought he would've made it on the show....he must've gotten cut. ;/

Wasn't he still stuck with Strikeforce at the time?
