Grappler's Quest @ Boca Raton, FL

I'm healed up enough to do full on rolls now! I just can't take take-downs yet, but I'm sure I'll be able to soon. Grappler's Quest is coming up on August 20th in Boca Roton, FL and I'd like to know who's going to be training for and attending it. So far I have my Miami Hotbox brothers, Brandon Dubya *like the nickname buddy?* and for sure a few guys from Evolution MMA.

I'm so freaking stoked to get into competition form, but I have a looooong way to go.

My gym is looking for something different than NAGA to compete in. That may just be a possibility as I have wanted to do GQ for a while. Gotta figure out when my next fight is and then if the timing is right I'd love to make it.

BTW I think the competition is in Coral Springs not Boca Raton... they're right next to each other but still, didn't want anyone to be confused.

You're 100% correct Matt. It's in Coral Springs, right next to Boca Raton.

We all need to go under the same name. So I suggest we use 10th Planet. When we are not at an official school, we can represent with the generic 10th Planet. We also need to wear something with 10th Planet on it, and or flash the gang sign right before and after your match. If this is going to happen and work we must represent 10th Planet in the best way possible. I dont know if yall have gone to any tournys wearing 10th Planet gear. If you have not it is a different experience. You will feel the hate, but its our job to remain positive. Let the haters hate. We represent something higher than what they do. We must understand that we are the ones that are open to new ideas and change. Its ok to be hated on, it just makes us a stronger closer family.
