Nice guys, and congrats on your baby Ian. I personally am just training a few hours a week but soon im gonna start getting more serious about training. Soon im gong to be trainng like a madman, im proablably going to join up with 10th planet verry soon, just a matter of days. This is what my scheduele should look like-
Monday-2 hours of 10th planet jj or 1 hour of mma/conditoning
Tuesday-1 hour and 30 minutes of muay thai/thai boxing
Wednsday-2 hours of 10th planet jj or 1 hour of mma/conditioning
Thursday-1 hour and 30 minutes of muay thai/thai boxing
Friday-Mma (no certain time)
Saturday-2 hours of muay thai/thai boxing
Sunday-rest
