As long as the opponent pulls his arm out basically voluntarily or by force, you are setup for any easy triangle to finish up.
Thanks Mike.. All true. they escape the arm, then quickly shoot the triangle, or even the arm bar. What's cool too is to go for the armbar, connect the armbar quickly, then snap right back to the triangle. They'll be blocking the arm bar when your already sinking the triangle. It catches em off guard.
But yeah man, the triangles we learn from day one are from the back, then you go to the next triangle, to the next. Gets hard to memorize all of em when the new ones come in. But knowing this concept, you will look at every new triangle technique taught to you, and say okay how does this fit the pattern? Cool, check, I get it. Lesson learned.
