I'm not interested in joining a cult. I'd much rather get my jiu jitsu advice from one person, my dietary advice from another, my spiritual advice from another etc...

The reason why 10PJJ evolved into something greater than its predecessors is because of people thinking outside the box, testing what's held to be true, and trying things that have never been done before. But if you want some solid eating advice here it is.
Carbs early, protein late.
Eat every 3 waking hours, and if you happen to wake up in the middle of the night, a scoop of whey protein will do you good.
Identify the foods you absolutely love, then learn how to make healthy versions of them if you want to be able to stick to clean eating. *you can make almost anything healthy, even ice cream, pizza etc etc if you use healthy core ingredients*
