    i know you can stretch your neck, legs, shoulders, hips, knees, and what not
    but is their an exercise for stretching your rib muscles? and back muscles?

    its right there theres a billion for ribs and 2 billion for back

    my back always hurts after i roll
    not so much ribs just dont wanna have that shit happen to that other guy that said he prob pulled a muscle

    we were drillling takedowns today and idk how but i hurt my lower back it doesnt hurt now but i got a sharp pain all of a sudden when i went for a double leg
    what about u?

    i bet the pains going to slowly go away
    my body aches every where all the time
    its just apart of jiu jitsu i guess
