i know you can stretch your neck, legs, shoulders, hips, knees, and what not
but is their an exercise for stretching your rib muscles? and back muscles?
we were drillling takedowns today and idk how but i hurt my lower back it doesnt hurt now but i got a sharp pain all of a sudden when i went for a double leg
