You have to be relaxed and your subconscious mind has to be doing the driving. It's the same as anything else. It's the same as the Russian wrestler thread. If your subconscious is firing the muscles in a perfect sequence, even unorthodox technique can be devestating.
I'm sure we all know it. It's spaghy and inefective and it doesn't feel right, and then it just starts to feel right and come together and make that deep "thunk" in the bag and the you feel like you could do it all day. I miss that! It's been pretty fleeting for me for a couple of years.
