    Itchy skin

When ive been rolling this winter my skin seems to get very dry. If i put lotion all over my legs after showering im fine. If i forget, however, the next day as soon as i start any physical activity and my body warms up i get an uncontrollable itching all over my legs. This doesnt go away untill i put lotion on or dab water all over. And when i say itcy i mean like drivr me insane itchy. It makes having a bad case of poison ivy feel like a mosquito bite.

Anyways, does anyone else have this problem.

I HAVE THIS SHIT TO!!!!! do you wear a gi? i think thats my problem that i dont wear a rashguard cuz i wear a shirt and it soaks the sweat, so i stay stuck to the sweaty shirt for an hour and a half
it usually makes me itchy as hell on my back and chest, it doesnt even matter how quickly i take a shower after i roll
just remember to do shower twice a day and use lotion so your skin doesnt get dry and make it worse

Hmmm.....use a GOOD lotion too. You probably just have extra dry skin which of course makes it more prone to irritation.

Like i said if i lotio. Before bed the next day im fine. And no i dont wear a gi. I wear a long sleevd rash guard and shorts. Ive only been at this since december and my question is, does this go away in the summer when your skin isnt so dry?

oh yeah, your laundry detergent may also be too harsh. When I was in Asia traveling, I had my laundry done for really cheap, but if I sweated in my clothes, wherever I would sweat and the clothes touched my skin, it would get badly irritated. I'm almost certain it was the cheap/harsh detergent they used.

is it really cold where you live?
and ive had my problem for like 2 weeks ever since the heat came back to where i live, but if i change my shirt after im done rolling and drying the sweat off my body i dont have that problem
than i go home and take an immediate shower

try Cetaphil lotion..it works great!! i have really dry itchy skin..and like others have said it may be your laundry soap...use scentless soap..it may help.. your talkin to someone who has the driest skin ever..and has been allergic to many laundry detergents!!=)
