We'll finally be able to train together Dubya? The core Miami 10PJJ Hotbox all live within 2 miles or less of each other =D. Matt Glach lives a little farther North of us. A hotbox is a group of people that train 10th Planet jj that are not near an official moon. Not the other kind. Lol

Well, the only problem that I see is asking someone to pay money before they can work with you. Trust, if they can afford it after a couple of classes they will do it. You must remind them before and/or after every class of the opportunities available with a pro membership. Also, you dont have to be a pro member to join a 10th Planet gym. Ultimately it is up to Master Eddie.

Does anyone have any recomendations on how to protect yourself if someone was to get hurt rolling in your garage?

Waivers.

Never let people train on your property without first making them all sign waiver/release forms.

You will ALWAYS be legally liable for any injury they suffer even if it was due to their own gross negligence/incompetence if you do not obtain signed waivers.
