moving to henderson nevada next may 8 miles outside of las vegas gym help?

it is not 100% as nothing is in life is or can be, but my wife and i want somewhere to live and retire too. Henderson is like 7 miles outside las vegas so thier is the ufc events,extreme couture,robert drsydale etc only minutes away so my wife sold me on it fast..lol Also 10th planet hq is only 2 hrs or so drive and most of the grapplers quest,naga, IBJJF events are right thier..
