Hello 10th planet family, I have been looking into picking up a copy of Bob Cooley's "Genius of Flexibility".
From what I understand the book focuses on resistance stretching to stretch the fascia of the muscles.
I am wondering if any of you have used resistance stretching in the past or present and what results you have experienced.
Would you recommend resistance stretching for Jiu Jitsu?
How would you compare it to static stretching or yoga?
