About the Instrutor
Simon Cox has been doing martial arts for more than 20 years, kick boxing, wing chun, kali, jiu jitsu, this is true Jeet Kune Do. it wasn’t until the last 5 years that he developed his ground game and was introduced to 10thplanet jiu jitsu. he says ” any martial art that you can spar 100% without any serious injury to your training partners should always be at your core”. With approval from Eddie Bravo himself to become the First 10th planet instructor in the UK, he has dedicated his life to the 10thplanet system and pushes himself each and every day to become a better grappler. Other than his base at Primal Gym in Grimsby, he also travels the UK spreading the love.
